On the first initial fill of your prescriptions, we may partially fill some of them so that all of your routine medications come due at the same time. About 5 days before your refills are due, we will send you a reminder that your prescriptions are due and confirm that you would like us to get them ready for you. We may also ask about any recent changes to your medications, any new medications you may be taking, and any recent hospital stays. We then send you a confirmation of when your prescriptions are ready and the total price to be paid.
