Opened in May 2024 by pharmacist and long time Beaver County resident, Brandon Antinopoulos, Forward Rx is a local, independent pharmacy on a mission to bring transparency, affordability, and patient choice back to healthcare. We accomplish this by dispensing medications directly to patients at transparent, cost-plus pricing; offering services that help patients access their medications at affordable prices while optimizing their therapy; and promoting services and products that support a healthy lifestyle. The current prescription insurance model drives up costs for many individuals and businesses. It is filled with hidden, patient-steering intermediaries that increase the cost of healthcare in the United States. Forward Rx believes that complete transparency and the removal of unnecessary intermediaries between patients and their local pharmacy are essential to reducing prescription and insurance costs
